Have you been growing your own fruit, vegetables or herbs in Dalston this summer? Are you proud of your pumpkins, spent hours turning your tomatoes into chutney, harvested your first apples? Then why not bring them along on Sunday 3 October 1-6pm when we will be harvesting the food that we’ve planted at the Garden and celebrating the edible plants that Hackney residents have been nurturing this summer. The Eastern Curve Gardeners will be around to talk about growing food at the Garden, there will be tomato expertise, plant swapping and hopefully lots and lots of Dalston produce – you can’t get more local than that.
