Join us in the Pineapple House for these free ‘shadow’ paper-cutting sessions and help transform our little greenhouse into a magical winter ‘lantern’. Every year the many individually crafted panels make this a much talked about highlight of the Festival of Light!
You can make a whole panel or just one piece to join together with others – last year we had toadstools, vegetables, rain-clouds with umbrellas and woodland creatures – all cut out of paper and illuminated at night.
There’s no need to book, just drop in. The first session starts at 4pm each week and the second at about 6.30pm, but you are welcome to stay for both. These sessions are aimed at adults, although older children are welcome to come along. No previous experience is needed.
