Saturday 18 May, 3-4 & 4-5pm
For the first weekend of this year’s ‘Dalston Flower Show at the Garden, the focus is on herbs. We’ll be selling pots of herbs for cooking and teas, including the Garden’s special ‘chocolate peppermint’, and serving some herb specials from the Garden cafe. On Saturday afternoon adults can join local resident and Eastern Curve volunteer gardener Marina D’Arco, to learn how to make fresh pesto with sweet basil. Yum yum!
Numbers for each of these workshop are limited, so please turn up early to avoid disappointment. We are asking for donations of £3 to cover the cost of this workshop.
