Dalston Flower Show 2013: ‘Newton’s Call’ – performance in the Garden

Saturday 8 June, 5pm & 7pm

‘Liminal Space’ presents the European premiere of ‘Newton’s Call’ by US playwright Patrick Gabridge at the Dalston Eastern Curve Garden.

Prav MJ founded ‘Liminal Space‘ after working as a director in Boston to develop and stage new contemporary writing from emerging writers that challenge and inspire.

Besides being a writer, Patrick Gabridge, is also an avid gardener and was for many years a coordinator of community gardens in Boston. He also started the 200 Foot Garden, a public “commuter” garden where volunteers grow vegetables for the community on a formerly unused strip of land. In addition to growing vegetables, he expects to harvest material for quite a few new plays this summer.

There are two performances, each lasting ten minutes. The Garden Cafe will be serving fresh mint mojitos. No need to book, just turn up and enjoy.
