Join Artist and Maker, Laura Halliwell in this free craft workshop to create bright and beautiful puppets inspired by beautiful bugs and marvellous minibeasts!
Children can make a ladybird or spider puppet, or perhaps invent their own beautiful beetle, snazzy snail or fabulous flying insect using a range of colourful craft materials.
This activity is suitable for children aged 3+, young children will need adult support to complete the activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There’s no booking but spaces are limited for each session, so we recommend you arrive early to avoid disappointment.
This event is part of our ‘SpringBurst’ season, the first of this year’s programmes of creative activities at the Curve Garden exploring plants, nature and biodiversity, supported by Hackney Council’s ‘Hello Again Hackney’ Fund.
