Follies were extravagant buildings which used to be built in gardens, including Egyptian pyramids, Chinese temples, Roman ruins and this famous Scottish ‘Pineapple’. Join artist Nicola Plant for this week’s free children’s workshop to design your own miniature garden folly in clay. You might make a Pineapple Folly in honour of the Garden’s new Pineapple House or come up with your own fantasy building.
The workshop is suitable for all ages, but we recommend that parents and adults should work together with younger children.
