Saturday 29 April 2017, 2 – 4.30pm
Join Hyunjung Choi in the Pineapple House for a free afternoon of puppet-making, inspired by woodland creatures – some with feathers, some with bushy tails! We’re offering this new free workshop as part of a special day dedicated to trees and greenspaces.
We’re delighted to be hosting Ahead of the Curve , 5-9pm, a free community event devised by Tash Bonner as part of a Woodland Trust supported progamme of events throughout the country raising awareness of their Tree Charter. David Latto will be serving his tasty pizzas from our wood-fired oven.
Then you can grab a beanbag and relax at the bottom of the Garden for an early evening of live music and chat.
For the workshop, children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult and we ask that parents stay to assist younger children. Children’s workshops are free, but we depend on your donations to help us cover our costs, so please do support our work.
